Your files, calendar and contacts in one place, on servers in Germany. An open source alternative to Google Drive, iCloud or Dropbox, with no ads and no tracking.

2 GB free for everyone. You can try Nextcloud for free. When you need more space, add larger storage according to the price list below.

Monthly price by storage size. Family starts at 50 CZK including a shared 50 GB folder (a larger folder costs more according to the table), associations +99 CZK, companies +299 CZK.

Everything can be combined. The Family plan includes a shared folder of the chosen size, and every member also gets 2 GB free. Anyone who needs more can buy their own larger storage at the price from the Individual column, and the shared folder stays the same. Example: a shared 50 GB folder (50 CZK) and one member with their own 100 GB (69 CZK), everyone else stays on 2 GB free.
- Individual: one account, storage according to the table.
- Family (from 50 CZK): 4 Nextcloud users, each with their own account and 2 GB free, and a shared 50 GB folder for everyone. A larger folder costs more according to the table. Shared calendars and contacts, support via Matrix. Anyone who needs more space for themselves can buy personal storage at the Individual plan price, and the shared folder stays the same.
- For associations (+99 CZK): 5 Nextcloud users with shared storage, invoicing with a company ID, support by e-mail and via Matrix.
- Company (+299 CZK): 10 users with shared storage, invoicing with a company ID, support by e-mail and via Matrix, response within 24 hours.
Storage larger than 1 TB is possible by agreement as external storage.
The number of users in the association and company plans is approximate. If your team is larger, contact info@oscloud.cz or the helpdesk and we will work it out.
We are not a VAT payer, all prices are final. Prices are in Czech koruna (CZK).
Team for associations and companies
With the association and company plans, only the team lead needs to sign up with OSCloud. They add the other members themselves, you do not have to write to us for each one.
- The team lead gets an OSCloud account (request it via the form).
- They log in to Nextcloud.
- We create a team for your company or association with the agreed storage and make them the team admin.
- The team admin adds people to it themselves.
The maximum is 5 users for an association and 10 for a company. If you need more, it is not a problem, just contact support.
How to get started
- Fill in the Join us form and tell us what you need (free, or larger storage).
- We will e-mail you an invitation and login details.
- Log in, set a strong password and turn on two-factor authentication (Settings → Security).
Apps and sync
For comfortable syncing, install the official Nextcloud app. When logging in, enter our server address and your account.
- Computer (Linux, Windows, macOS): the desktop client syncs selected folders.
- Android and iOS: the Nextcloud app, optionally with automatic photo upload.
- Calendar and contacts: via CalDAV and CardDAV, on Android for example with DAVx5.

Sync is not a backup. If you delete a file on one device, it disappears everywhere else. Back up important things separately and outside OSCloud, for example to your own external drive.
FAQ
- How much is free?
- Everyone gets 2 GB. Larger storage is from 15 CZK per month, up to 1 TB.
- Can I use it for my family?
- Yes. The Family plan is for four people in the same household. Everyone has their own account with 2 GB free and all share a 50 GB folder (larger for an extra fee). Plus shared calendars and contacts.
- Can I combine plans?
- Yes. Family has a shared folder (from 50 GB) and every member gets 2 GB free. Anyone who needs more space just for themselves can buy their own storage at the Individual plan price. The other members can stay on 2 GB free and the shared folder stays the same.
- How does Family differ from Individual?
- Individual is one account. Family is four separate accounts linked by a shared group and folder. Nextcloud only allows sharing between users within a common group. Without Family you can still send files by link (optionally with a password and expiry), but you cannot share an editable calendar or a shared folder.
- Can I use it for an association or a company?
- Yes. The association and company plans include more users and an invoice with a company ID.
- Where is my data?
- On Hetzner servers in Germany, so in the EU.
- Can I change my plan?
- Write to us and we will adjust the storage.
