Why OSCloud?
No tracking
We do not use cookies on oscloud.cz, so there is nothing to click away. We measure traffic anonymously with our own Umami instance on our own server. Our services only use technical cookies needed to log in, no advertising or tracking cookies. We send no data to Google, Amazon or other advertising and analytics services. There are no ads. Your privacy is the default, not a premium feature.
Open source
Everything we run is open source. Anyone can check the code. No black boxes.
Data in the EU
Our server runs in Germany at Hetzner. Your data does not leave Europe. GDPR is not a marketing trick, it is reality.
A community, not a company
OSCloud is run as a non-profit association. No investors, no exit plan. We do it because we believe it matters.
Community

Transparent operation
We will not pretend it is free. A server costs money. Here is how it works.
Monthly server cost
We pay for it ourselves. If you want to help, you can chip in, but it is not a condition. The services are for everyone.
Pricing
Basic services are free. You choose Nextcloud by storage size; associations and companies pay extra for invoicing with a company ID, support and more users. All prices are in Czech koruna (CZK).

Everything can be combined. The Family plan includes a shared folder of the chosen size, and each member also gets 2 GB free. If that is not enough, you can add your own bigger storage at the price from the Individual column; the shared folder stays the same. Example: a shared 50 GB folder (50 CZK) and one member with their own 100 GB (69 CZK), the others stay on 2 GB free.
OSCloud, z. s. is not a VAT payer, all prices are final. Prices are in CZK and you can pay by bank transfer from abroad using our IBAN (account details on the About us page). Your bank converts the amount at its own rate. More about Nextcloud.
Storage larger than 1 TB is possible by arrangement as external storage. The number of users in the Association and Company plans is approximate. For a bigger team, get in touch at info@oscloud.cz and we will work something out.
It is a good idea to back up important data outside OSCloud as well, for example to your own external drive.
📷 Ente Photos: encrypted photos
A separate product at oscloud.photos, an alternative to Google Photos. Photos are encrypted right on your device, so even we cannot see them. Every account gets 10 GB free forever.

- A yearly subscription saves you up to two months of payments.
- You can share the storage with up to 5 family members at no extra cost, each with their own account and their own encryption.
- The subscription is bought on oscloud.photos (also from a phone browser), not in the app. You pay by card via Stripe.

📝 Trilium Next: your own notes
Your own Trilium Next instance just for you: tree-structured notes, Markdown and access from anywhere. Includes 5 GB of storage.

Your own Mastodon instance for a smaller association or community; expect dozens of active users, not hundreds. Administration, updates and backups are on us. A custom domain is possible. A larger instance on a separate server can be arranged individually.

Your own discussion forum (Discourse or NodeBB) for your association, project or community. Administration and backups are on us.
